Any one has a Maclaren Twin Techno Stroller PLEASE HELP! I need explanation on how to recline seats for BABIES?

I need to know how to recline the seats since I didn’t buy mine and had no instructions. I was givin the stroller with no insuctions. I figured out most of the other features but I am having trouble with the reclining part.Thanks

On either there are like black parts, they are along the metal, behind the seat on either side, and you move/pull those to recline the seat. And then you just push on the seat to put it upright again.
